Emergency flint fire starter and striker. 3" x 1" solid magnesium with flint with keychain attached. Serrated metal striker. Great for camping, hunting, bonfires, and other outdoor/emergency use. Directions: 1) Gently shave a small quantity of magnesium with serrated end of the striker into a small pile of dry grass, paper, wood chips, or leaves. 2) Strike the flint with the striker. 3) Let the sparks fall onto the pile of shaved magnesium to start a fire.
