We have fully tested all of our decorating and printing inks used to decorate products in the USA and these independent findings show that our inks do not contain chemicals at concentrations that would require a California Proposition 65 warning label, however, Prop 65 has not full established safe harbor levels for all materials. We can provide upon request certification of independently tested concentrations of specific chemicals for specific products. We can also apply a warning label to products prior to shipment, ensuring compliance with California Proposition 65 regulatory requirements.
